Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted due to our limited inventory.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email ThePositivelyCo@gmail.com or visit our Contact page within 7 days of delivery, so we can address your concern as soon as possible. 

Processing Time

  • The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time and Cost

  • All shipping is sent through USPS.
  • North America: estimated 3-10 days delivery time.
  • Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Address

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
  • The address can not be changed after the order has been placed.
  • If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Positively Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
